The finch is an interesting type of bird as it eats hanging upside down. I haven’t fully explored all variety of finch, but as far as I’m aware, it is a common trait amongst them.

Hello, Tumblr. It’s just me. I’ve got a new Canon 430 ex II flash. Thought I’d test it under different lighting conditions and such. So far, I love it. I can’t say the same about those who’ve fallen victim to the light’s flash. While amusing, I do feel bad for flashing a few people with it. Muwhahaa.

From time to time my town hosts cool events. This could have been one of them, however, reports from venders claims that nobody was purchasing the goods which were up for sale and most of those who paid to sell lost money. That’s too bad. But at least there was a nice looking tree (I didn’t make it to the event itself, so I had to photograph the tree in the evening as darkness fell).

The wonderful things the atmosphere does with the light from the sun… Sometimes it is tough to capture via photography.

When the first frost of the fall hits, the hibiscus flowers wilt. This was the end of the line and the last chance I had to photograph this particular flower/ plant. From one house to another I go; the plant stays.
